Free Read, Word Count. Publisher URLs

1)In the topic "Adding New Books>Question" (https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...) it stated that the term "Free Read" should not appear in the description or format field. Is this still true? If yes, should the phrase be removed?

2)Is it okay for the word count to appear in the description field? Should it appear somewhere else or not at all?

3)Are such sites as www.nifty.org, www.literotica.com, www.gayauthors.org, etc. considered "publisher" sites and therefore the links to those "published" stories are to be used in the primary url field?
