Eriannas smile was cautious as she moved. "Still owe you lunch. Come on." She said pushing sticky waves from her face.

"Alright."Kaerius said. He followed her into the restraunt
Erianna looked at Kaerius as she walked in. "So you go to school? " she asked as she bowed her heaf slightly in thanks.
"Yea. Although I am not popular"Kaerius said
"Popularity is about looks. Friendship is about personality." She said as if quoting from a book or memory. The waitress came up with a smile. "Hey E'ianna. What can I get you guys today?" She smiled. "Be careful. She's starting to quote her parents on you." "Evelyn, Kaerius. Kaerius this is my childhood friend Evelyn." "Pleasure."
"Nice to meet you. I take it you know a lot about this town?"Kaerius asked
Evelyn smiled. "Been here longee then the dirt its built on it feels like sometimes." she answered. "Why? E'ianna showing you around?"
"Little by little I am seeing where everything is"Kaerius said
"What can I get you?" she asked a pleasant smile on her face. Erianna smiled. "A wet rag and the usual then whatever he wants."
"Just a tea please"Kaerius said.
Evelyn smiled. "Can do." she walked off as Erianna rubbed her head. "So why did you come back?" she asked chin in her hands.
"Well, when everything at my previous town burned down, this was the only place I could think of. I ended up moving in to my old house so I could continue school"Kaerius said.
"Everything burned down?" she asked smiling at Evelyn who brought a tray with a grilled cheese, fries, tea, coke, and rag. She set it down and left with a word. Erianna dug in with a chuckle. "You never kbow how starved you are till you smell food." she said gently licking salt off her fingers.
"Yea. I was the only survivor"Kaerius said. He took a sip of his tea
"I couldn't imagine being the only person who survived something." she stated blue eyes showing her sympathy though she didn't voice it.
"Its a terrible burden. Im the last of my village"Kaerius said
Erianna chuckled. "I won't tell anyone. So if you're a musician what's your favorite song?" she asked taking a gulp of coke to wash down the last of the sandwich as she offered him some of the fries.
"I would have to say I dont have one"Kaerius said. He shook his head to the fries
"A man after my own heart. " she stated as she ate the fries. Evelyn cleared her throat. "Hey E'ianna. You don't happen to own that dodge charger would you?" "Yeah, why?" She pointed at the busted out windows and graffiti sprawled across it
"Thats terrible!"Kaerius said. He got up and ran outside
