Maybe Just One Day by Gayle Forman?
The plot: Before she starts college, a straight-laced young woman is on a tour group to Europe where she has a fling with a guy she meets. She goes to college and is a wreck because now that she has tasted freedom, she doesn't want to be a goody-two-shoes doing what her parents want all the time anymore. Plus she is wondering what happened to the guy she had a fling with. Etc.

I honestly don't remember. I don't think it was really named - I think the author left it ambiguous.

Not the one I'm looking for unfortunately! Thank you for the suggestion, though. I like Gayle Forman.

Not it either. I just looked at this book actually at the library and was considering it!

Oh my gosh yes!! That's it! Thank you so much, Valerie! Already putting a hold on this at my library!
Thanks everyone for your suggestions, too :)

Softcover
Possibly written by a Canadian author
Relatively recent publish - within last couple of years
Cover is predominantly orange - fall scene with tree and leaves, possibly a lane way
Plot - don't remember much besides girl going to university and then I think her grades start to suffer and possibly something to do with her boyfriend?
Could possibly have the word "everything" or "anything" in the title.
Checked it out at my local library within the past year. but didn't have my checkout history enabled so can't track it that way. Didn't get a chance to read it.
Thanks!
