Personally, I would not waste anymore time or money on this series of nonsense.
As a retired US Navy Senior Chief, I thought the stories in this book were anything but sea stories. It was boring as hell right from the start, and went downhill from there.
The only thing correct in his book is the way to tell when a sailor--much saltier than Mr. Laswell--begins a sea story, but in the case of this review I will close with his own line: This ain't no shit -- I will never read anymore of his nonsense!
