I would love to swap. I have a manuscript that is far longer but im really needing the fist several chapters looked at. I would give you roughly 40k words worth. If you wanted to continue that would be great, but you wouldnt be obligated. To learn more about my project, please see my post for contemporary romance/psychological that i posted today (nov. 23). I have 20 years in editing and writing and am an avid reader. I am new to this site. We will see how it works out.
Look forward to working with you.
Jeanie

Synopsis:
Chasing Nova
A red Silverado pulled in behind her. The cab door opened flashing the Hudson Ross Chevrolet insignia. Nova was expecting her dad to send out Charlie or Russ, one of his forty something, slightly balding, and beer bellied jolly mechanics to her aid. What emerged from the truck was anything but that. He nonchalantly sauntered up to her door and tapped on the glass flashing his pearly whites. She blinked herself back to reality and opened the door.
“Nova, right?” Mr. Gorgeous asked.
“Your father sent me. Said you had some car trouble on your way to pick up some things from...uh Crawford was it?”
“Uh, yeah 'bout an hour from here. I know it’s busy at the dealerships you don't need to take me that far. I'm sure you have better things to do.”
“Said you’d be like that. Guess you're stuck with me for the afternoon.” He flashed a million watt smile, his perfect lips curving upwards making those chocolate eyes of his twinkle.
He had to be the most gorgeous man she had ever seen, and her father sent him to rescue her. Nova desperately wanted to believe in Miss Alice’s fairytale, in Prince Charming, and love at first sight. However, she was more than positive that this attraction was one-sided. He wasn’t melting to a puddle on the ground barely able to form cohesive sentences.
Nova Ross is finally moving out and getting away from her narcissistic mother and hoping to rekindle a relationship with her estranged father two hours away. Along the way a string of bad luck strikes, leading her to meet her father’s mechanic-Dylan.
Dylan ends up playing a much larger role in her new life than she ever would have expected, helping her to face her mother and introducing her to new experiences and people. Including his eccentric brother, River, who ends up becoming one of her best friends. But a storm rolls into town threatening to tear them apart before Dylan and Nova ever get a chance to tell each other how they really feel.
Thanks so much!
