Sure. Melody is based off of Melody from The Little Mermaid II: Return to the Sea.

Cool - so my character is also sixteen (I made this a month or so ago) So I thought what if they were twins? Mine is pretty different from yours, personality wise, so it could be interesting with that and all that stuffs...

So here's what I got, and if you don't like the twin idea I can change it:

Deѕcrιpтιoɴ (Aт leαѕт 4 lιɴeѕ): Scarlett is fierce and always speaks her mind. She can be brutally honest, but she never means to offend (unless you've really ticked her off, then she can get ugly). While her mother is the quiet, sweet, likable mermaid princess, you'll have to get through Scarlett's prickly shell before you can see her true inner core. She tries her best to be nothing like her mother, and she hates the attention she gets from being her daughter. Normally, she avoids telling people who her parents are as much as possible.

Deѕcrιpтιoɴ (Aт leαѕт 5 lιɴeѕ): Scarlett is the second - and one of a pair of twins - child of Ariel and Eric. Scarlett was born and grew older with no signs of mermaid powers. Her twin sister soon showed the usual signs, but Scarlett never seemed to get any. She still has yet to get them, if ever. She has vague memories of beautiful girls occasionally coming to see her from the water, but when she was eight they stopped coming, and she's never seen them since. Scarlett has been careful never to even go near water, for reasons buried deep in her subconscious, and it has developed into a sort of fear, a fear that few know about and even fewer talk about. She isn't very close to her twin, Melody, and keeps to herself as much as possible. At least, until both she and her sister were sent to Applewood Academy.

I'm a bit nervous about the history. Melody knows she is a mermaid, Ariel told her. Is Scarlet just human, her powers won't ever awaken? Because if they could, it would make a bit more sense that Ariel told them together.

Ah, yes, I see what you mean - I can make it so she knows how her mother and sisters are mermaids and stuffs - or, Melody, at least, since Ariel is human now, but she hasn't shown any mermaid powers yet - how about she will in the future, just not yet in her past.
