Add an ebook vs. CreateSpace

Hello,

I searched but couldn't find the answer to this issue and would appreciate any assistance. I want to do a giveaway for a book that's on Amazon preorder but not on Goodreads. So I'd like to have the book added. The info is below.

You can't put a CreateSpace/print version on preorder, but I will have a print version when the book releases. So once the ebook is added to GR, can I do a prerelease giveaway the ebook book ID?
