Author name in other alphabets

We can put the name of the author in the alphabet of the edition even when the original language of the book was not in that language?

For example, Shakespeare's editions in russian, arabic or japanese must contain the name of the author in the alphabets of these editions or we must put the author's name in a nor-Roman alphabet only when the original language was a language that not uses a roman alphabet?

An edition of Shakespeare in any language must have William Shakespeare as the first listed author. If the edition is in Russian (for example), it may also have the author's name in Cyrillic added as a second author. (If it is in Cyrillic on the cover, it should be listed as a secondary author. If the cover only has the English name, it's still ok to add it in the language of the edition, but not required.)

Thank you, Rivka. That was my doubt. I didn't make my question as clear as it should be. My doubt was about the secondary author, the librarian manual just explains about the main author, but I'm in doubt about this other case.

If the author name in two language is the same (Maria Gripe is Мария Грипе both in Bulgarian and Russian, for example: https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...) should it be disambiguated?
Then editions in these languages will show up on separate profiles, but it may be difficult to maintain.

If the name is the same and the person is the same, no need for separate profiles.
