Added Book but need it linked to Author

I was adding Interview With a Hex Boy Volume II manually then it offered to add it automatically because it was in the database. So I did, but it is not linked to us as authors, listed as one of our books, nor part of the series, The Divinicus Nex Chronicles. And it doesn't let me make changes to the description. Not sure if/what I did wrong, but I would greatly appreciate it if you could help. Thanks so much!

See if that is what you wanted.

Your profile is A&E Kirk, so when you add a book, you need the author to read that exactly.

Shouldn't the profile be split though? As I understand it is GR policy not to have two names on a single profile.
