Hi there,
I am wondering if anyone here knows of a book or any resource dealing with the dilemma of whether or not to have children if one is a slave and the child will be born into slavery also.

I don't think slaves ever had this dilemma, because they didn't have any means of birth control, so they didn't really have a choice.
