Please correct error in how title of edition displays

The book title in the Audible edition (ASIN B00UA083K4) displays with "&amp" instead of just "&"; could someone fix?


Also, on a separate issue - I added the Audible version to My Books because I couldn't find the CD edition; if it's still not in the system, could the CD edition be added? The ISBN: 9781490664392
