The second edition hardcover of this book is missing an image. Amazon didn't have one either but I just got a copy on interlibrary loan so I scanned it in. Here's a Google Drive link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B2Qq....

Since Amazon showed a similar but not as ideal a cover for the ISBN-13, I used the one you provided.
