A runaway girl/boy finds love(mxm or fxf)

a depressed girl (me) is found sitting on a dock with open cuts about to jump in to drown herself(fxf mxf i want to be female)
two friends have a falling out but then five years later they meet again and develop for than friend feelings for each other (mxm)
