I'm also finding Thomas very round. As the book goes on, I am noticing new traits in him. Especially from the first book, he has changed. In the beginning first book, he was very shy and scared. Now, he is becoming a leader. Therefore, I would say that Thomas is dynamic.
I think that Jorge is pretty flat. He has very little traits and he isn't very complex. I would also say that he is static. I don't find that he is changing very much. He just wants to stay and keep everyone save, especially Brenda. He has been like this from the moment we met him, so I am finding as static. I think that Frypan is dynamic. At first, he's okay with WICKED,I find that he is a little confused and slightly annoyed(In the first book). In the end of the first book and throughout the second book, He has changed and strongly hates WICKED. And then, in thew last book, he trusts WICKED. He trusts them to put a machine on his brain and do an operation on his head (When they are giving them back there memories)

This is because of the Flare
