Hello Kayt,

First off, congratulations on publishing your novel! Reviews can be tough to find; and honest ones even more so. Best advice would be to google search for book blogs that review romance. Bloggers are amazing and provide such a wide reach for the books they review. Just be sure to read their policies first and be prepared to wait.

In the meantime there are plenty of review groups here on Goodreads that could help you out; you just have to be prepared to help others out as well.

Maybe give this book a read as well How I Sold 30,000 eBooks on Amazon's Kindle An Easy-To-Follow Self-Publishing Guidebook 2016 Edition by Martin Crosbie

Best of luck!!

Dean Kutzler | 2 comments Hello People of Goodreads! I'm Philadelphia's Thriller Author Dean Kutzler & I just published Brownstone , the 1st in the Jack Elliot series under my publisher, Ironclad Bindings! It's a novel that delves into a little-known secret from our beginning about which many have never heard. There is hard evidence proving both realities which I neatly tie up with an author's note at the back of the book for those that seek the truth...Just like Jack!

Brownstone is set in NYC where Jack races to pay respect to his dying uncle. The twists & turns abound where Jack is facing not one, but two murders! They're nothing compared to what he uncovers in the temple hidden below the brownstone...

I'd love some feedback from the most prominent readers of the world! My book can be found in all formats exclusively on Amazon here: http://tinyurl.com/h4cg5h4

If you choose to read Brownstone I do hope you enjoy & look forward to your reviews!

Peter Upton Good morning everyone!
I have entered my book 'Candles on The Ganges' on a 30 day Giveaway competition starting today the 3rd October. As I have never been on social media I don't have any friends to import to the Goodreads site, so if you enter the competition you should stand a good chance of winning one of the three books in the Giveaway.
'Candles on The Ganges' is a true story of spiritual development wrapped in an enthralling journey through some of the holy places of India.

Dale Boyd | 7 comments Hi, All,

I joined this group back in 2014, indie published three books on Amazon, then for various reasons wasn't able to focus much on writing again till a few months ago. I would be happy to read & review works of fiction (fantasy, sword & sorcery, horror, etc.), thrillers, historical fiction or humor. I know it's tough to get your "voice" heard, as well as getting reviews on Amazon, so if you have a book published on Amazon that fits the above, would love to buy a Kindle copy and give it a read, then post a review. You can leave a message here on Goodreads, or send me a note directly to dale.boyd2013@outlook.com. Am just about to start a book by fellow Goodreads author Tom Hoffman, but don't mind reading more than one story at a time.

Good luck to all us indie authors.

Mark Parragh | 1 comments Hi everyone,

I'm still figuring out Goodreads, but wanted to say hello. I'm the author of the John Crane series of spy thrillers. The first book, Rope on Fire is now available on Amazon. (It's going to be free from this Saturday through next Tuesday, Oct. 15-18, if you're interested in checking it out.)

I also am planning to do (very occasional) reviews of spy novels or other thrillers/adventure stories - as long as there's some espionage connection - through my web site. Again these will be sporadic at best, so I can't make promises. But if you're an author in that area, feel free to get in touch and tell me about your book.

And in general, I'm looking forward to finding out what people are reading out there.

Christopher Ritchie (TheOrdinaryPigs) | 2 comments Hello!

I'm Christopher Ritchie. Through GBPublishing.org, I've had two 'horror' novels published: 'House of Pigs' (2013), which was in the final 12 in the horror category of the IndieFab Book of the Year Awards; and 'The ordinary', which won the silver award for 2015.

I've just released a Kindle exclusive comedy-satire that imagines what would happen if current events resulted in World War 3. It's called 'Stop The 'Pocalypse! I Wanna Get Off!' The first episode (of five) sets the scene – the next ones are going to be absolutely mental.

I'm seeking reviews of all three books, so if anyone is interested please email me at theordinarypigs@gmail.com. The latest is part of the Kindle library service too.

Happy to engage with readers here and elsewhere. Looking forward to giving you free books!

Cheers,

ChrisThe Ordinary

Hallo. Just signed up and seeking reviews (happy to read and review in return). P to P is historical fiction based on a true story. Not sure what genre that comes under. WW2 hero damaged by war returns to his family and an uncertain future. Will they survive? Ordinary people in extraordinary times. Duty, courage, trauma and unconditional love in post-war England.

Audrey Rich | 38 comments Hi everyone!

I'm not new to Goodreads or this group but I don't think I've introduced myself even though I've reviewed a bunch of books.

I write sweet YA Contemporary Romances and my debut novel was released on Monday in paperback. I'm such a newbie that I still haven't set up my profile here but at least I'm importing my book so I can begin the process.

Like almost all indie authors I'm about to start begging for reviews. I'd love to find some readers interested in reviewing my book before the ebook is published the first week of November.

If you're interested please send me a message.

Looking forward to connecting with authors and readers.

Hi Audrey
I would be happy to review your book if you would consider reviewing mine in return. It's called Pegasus to Paradise and is essentially historical fiction. Actually it's more than that as it's also historical fact. Nothing like not fitting into a genre. What do you think?

Jeannette Katzir | 21 comments I like to call myself a Holocaust-a-holic and have written a book about a young girl who runs away from a Polish ghetto and joins a Russian otraid (Partisan group). There is a concurrent story line of her as a young woman assimilating to Brooklyn New York in the late 40’s. A sprinkling of Yiddish and a smattering of German create a rich storyline that carries your through that atrocity to life in America. Hello everyone,

I'm H.E. and am both an author and a keen reader. My taste tends to veer towards the comic, the satirical and the historical, although I read across a wide range of genres. I have currently published four tales (two novellas and two novelettes), one of which - 'Gwydion's Dawn', a wry mystery with a twist set amidst the world of Glastonbury's occult counterculture - is available free on Kindle until Wednesday 26 October. I'm looking forward to contributing to the group, and getting to know other authors.

Hello, I've just joined. I'm AnneMarie Brear, an Aussie living in England.
I'm an author of historical women's fiction and the odd contemporary romance, and short story.
My main love is writing strong women and my favourite eras to set my stories in are Victorian and Edwardian, especcially WWI.
I love reading and don't really have a preference what I read, except perhaps horror. LOL
Thank you.
