Helen Laycock (helenlaycock) | 57 comments I am currently working on putting together a collection of quirky fairytales for adults and I thought I might be able to pick your brains for a title.

The usual elements of fairytales exist - fairy godmothers, magic, wishes, etc, and characters include fairies, elves, goblins, pixies, gnomes, etc. However, each original story has a modern twist to it.

I need to come up with a title which makes it evident that these light-hearted stories are not for children.

I've played around with typical phrases such as Once upon a time, Far, far away, Long ago and Happily ever after, and have tried variations on 'Fairytales', such as 'Warytales' and 'Airytales'... but I haven't managed to come up with anything that works.

Any suggestions, folks?
