Review count not changing

Is there a reason why the review/rating counts on my books are not going up even though several more have been added in the past few days? I didn't realize I had new ones until someone told me they left a review. When I checked, not only was hers there but also several others, yet the counts have not changed on my dashboard for the overall count or the individual book counts.

Could be a caching thing. Can sometimes take a day or two to update some of those stats.
