I'm teaching 8th graders about differences between 1st 2nd and 3rd POV. Got any book recommendations for excerpt examples?

Do you know any good books where the main character is telling the story? (i.e. "I did this... this happened to me...") That's 1st Person POV
Or books where the main character is named and the story is about him or her? (e.g. "Oscar didn't know the truth about Charlotte. He didn't know the truth about anything, really.") That's 3rd Person POV.
Don't worry about 2nd Person POV. That's really rare anyway.

Just wanted to give an update: I taught the lesson and found a new book to read in the process. If you haven't read Finding Serendipity, you are missing out.
