Round and Flat characters

I think that in the beginning of the book (and sort of throughout Mia's life) she has always been a flat character. She liked what she liked and was never really swayed to do anything else. When she met Adam she slowly started becoming more and more round. She is still the same classical music loving character as she was in the beginning of the book, but she is doing more to impress Adam.
