*groans* They are so snappy about dress codes. Had a bitch fest last year because girls were showing their stomachs (and bras but that one is understandable). But like, the main thing is, it's socially acceptable to wear bikinis which are sometimes more flashy then normal under garments but as soon as you show your bra or underwear everyone's going NOOOOOOOO It's just... fucked up in a way. Not that I care in the least, I wear whatever fits and looks nice, never any makeup cause that's too much work, I don't know how to deal with the shit and I find the concept baffling. Mostly cause I'm lazy xD
Well she was just cheated on, outcasted and overly betrayed and beginning to grow poor. She had to lash out somehow and she would view their father as a monster for what he put them through. She could very well be ignorant to any reasons he did all this.

I think she'd have been more hurt and try to stay away for her emotional sake. I want her to forgive him but not take him back and her reputation to really suffer for it. We need at least one awesome single mom even if she isn't as close to them.

hmmmm. okay. No, it wouldn't make sense past eight meeting since it isn't likely Mysie's mom with adopt another mouth to feed. So adopting Zor at four would be good, maybe about a year after being apart of the family she's kidnapped. I think that Zor would be with the kidnappers until around 7-8. She becomes a member of the cop family and reconnect with Mysie at school at eight and that would give her thw next two years to meet everyone else in the group... It would also explain her wanting to get involved with the Council at first since cops are under the council who saved her life basically.... sound good??

▪▣▫History▫▣▪ Alexa was born second to her poor parents, the younger twin. She and her brother went 'canning' and the like after school to make extra money for their flat. They'd scan the streets for scrap metal and trash that could be reused and earn a few pennies here and there for it. Most times, they'd swap out scrap duty with homework, and make sure they did what they could here and there. They'd take turns with homework when they could, and that's what eventually got them into trouble. Her brother, Jeremy, went to teach the kids to can, supervised by their family, but first they were going to the bank to plead for a loan to pay for the rent of their flat. Her youngest sibling tripped and got on the wrong side of the police guard of the bank, Her entire family was murdered. *see details in family* She'd stayed home to do homework, and been so scared, not knowing what had happened til she tried to find them, and found the police tape, and saw the blood stains everywhere. The story was the family had all been armed, even the youngest, and it had been a tragic necessity. What a stretch... And what lies... Rather than let anybody claim her for the orphanage, Alexa went to the streets, cut her hair boyishly short, and wore baggy clothing. She posed as a boy and toured a few gangs to learn fighting. Alexa became a chameleon, making connections everywhere, under different aliases, merely by shifting how she wore her hair and changing her clothes. After her body curved out, she cut some of her more scandalous ties in fear of her own safety and began to let her hair grow out again. She came upon the anti-rebellion/government thing while spying around in the Heart of the City, and spotted it out before deciding maybe she could keep a better eye on their actions by becoming a part of their plans. And... honestly, for the most part, she agrees with them, and it's nice to have something she can honestly support as her main focus, for once, not merely existing for her own survival.
▪▣▫Family▫▣▪ She had a twin brother, two younger siblings, and her mother and father. HAD is key here. They went to the bank one day while she was finishing up her homework and her brother’s for the local district school. They were supposed to just get a loan so they could keep the flat, but the youngest tripped over a policeman’s boot and was too scared to apologize, shaking. Her twin tried to apologize and got shot in the shoulder. He played dead. It shouldn’t have been fatal, but they refused to let medical treatment in due to a ‘situation’ inside the bank, while the officers took care of the raggedy trash family that was just a leech on the surface of society’s skin.
▪▣▫Personality▫▣▪ Alexa is for the most part reasonable, calm, kind, and quiet. She is the shadow of a person to those who first see her, and she’s often overlooked and underestimated, both things which very much suit her purposes. She has turmoil and her kindness is merely a mask of the monster beneath. Like a clever lynx, she is wonderfully smart about politics, and often disobeys those in her new-made group of deviants to do her own thing. Examples of her actions would be to kill and spy and keep secrets from her allies. She truly trusts none, but allows others to trust her.

There's really just the school for each part of the city. It's council-run. Charity schools aren't a thing and would get squashed by the city council who feeds propaganda to students via school. =)

And Pyper wouldn't like any of that, she would like art. So she would maybe steal to get money for art supplies? Ah. Dress codes. Dude, I get away with wearing a fucking cloak and all black to school on a daily basis. And I totally wore heavy dark makeup last year. This year, I'm going for a more androgynous look, so my makeup's different. But dress codes are stupid.
