If he still identifies as male, than he's male. If a person with guy parts identifies as a female, that person is a she.
I still primarily use "she". It depends on the person. My friend at school for a while was using "fey" before switching to "they".

Well, Jeon's was an illness. Mysie wouldn't want to commemorate their dead stepmother. Umm, so there's Zor's adopted mother and then Alexis's family and Gray's family members. Mysie might want to commemorate their brother's first beard (girl used to hide that he's gay) since her death hurt him. So nicknames only if it would actually be necessary but otherwise use real names?
Okay! Alexa probably wouldn't want to share their names. Her family was accused of being thieves and gunned down by the law enforcement.
