Wonderful list!

If you get to Tuesday's Gone, let me know and I'll join you.

message 3: by Tracey (new)

Tracey (trakka) | 1363 comments Ah that would be lovely! Will let you know. Want to read portrait in death, Angels flight and faithless first - don't want to read the same authors too close if you get what I mean.

Jonetta (ejaygirl) | 12925 comments Mod
Certainly do!

Kris (My Novelesque Life) (mynovelesquelife) | 2447 comments A great list, Tracey - such a nice mix. I really enjoyed Annabel. I heard an adaptation on BBC radio and had to read the book!

message 6: by Tracey (new)

Tracey (trakka) | 1363 comments Thanks Kris! I have been meaning to read Annabel for so long! It has been on my list for a few months now.

message 7: by Tracey (new)

Tracey (trakka) | 1363 comments Updated my list above. I am reading Sharp Objects and oh wow I really do not know what to make of this book! Only about 40 pages to go and I wish I didn't have to work so I can finish it.

Ooh! I've got that one to read, too.

Tracey (trakka) | 1363 comments It is dark and creepy...

Same here!

Tracey (trakka) | 1363 comments I finished Faithless tonight. Another great instalment in the Grant County series. Left on a cliffhanger and I almost carried on with Skin Privilege but I just can't read the same author in a row.

Oh, you're stronger than me! I had to jump right into that last book. Wonder why they chose to have different names for the UK and US versions of #6?

message 13: by Tracey (new)

Tracey (trakka) | 1363 comments I know very strange. I didn't recognise the name Skin Privilege, so use to it being called Beyond Reach!

message 14: by Tracey (new)

Tracey (trakka) | 1363 comments Finished Angels Flight - another great instalment in the Harry Bosch series. Have now started The Bees. I am interested to see how I get on with this one, not sure about it being from the perspective of The Bees!

Kris (My Novelesque Life) (mynovelesquelife) | 2447 comments You are doing fab, Tracey!

message 16: by Tracey (new)

Tracey (trakka) | 1363 comments Thanks Kris! Like you I am on a mission :-)

message 17: by Tracey (new)

Tracey (trakka) | 1363 comments I have striked out Truckers as I started this and could not get into it so it won't be happening this year. Also replaced The Charming Quirks of Others with The Woman Who Walked in Sunshine. I got a good deal on the Woman Who Walked in Sunshine and it will mean that after all these years (approximately 10) of reading this series I will finally be caught up!! (Until he releases the next one!)

Tracey (trakka) | 1363 comments Finished According to Yes. Thought it was quite an ordinary read, nothing special.

Will start Timeless on audio - the last in the Parasol Protectorate series.

Tracey (trakka) | 1363 comments Finished The Bees. Unusual book but I enjoyed it. I might have rated it 5 stars if it hadn't been for the parts where you had to have a good knowledge of how bees work to understand what was going on. I don't and I wasn't taking parts in.

Started The Woman Who Walked in Sunshine.

Tracey (trakka) | 1363 comments Finished The Woman Who Walked in Sunshine - lovely instalment in the series.

Will start Skin Privilege.

message 22: by Tracey (new)

Tracey (trakka) | 1363 comments I finished reading Hetty Feather to my daughter on Saturday night and then we went and saw the theatre production on Sunday. Both were great!

I finished Skin Privilege last night. What a book, edge of the seat stuff with an interesting ending. I am looking forward to starting the Will Trent series next year.

I started Imitation in Death last night.

message 23: by Tracey (new)

Tracey (trakka) | 1363 comments Oh I am also reading A Boy called Christmas to both my girls to get us into the Christmas mood. It's good so far!

Tracey (trakka) | 1363 comments Something tells me you just love this series ;-)

Are you up for reading Tuesday's Gone in a couple of weeks time?

Jonetta (ejaygirl) | 12925 comments Mod
I can do it in January as my plan is loaded.

message 27: by Tracey (new)

Tracey (trakka) | 1363 comments Ok I can leave until January. I have plenty of other books I can replace it with!!!

message 28: by Robin (new)

Robin (robinmy) | 3481 comments I loved Karin Slaughter's Grant County series, but think her Will Trent series is even better. Can't wait to hear what you think of it.

message 29: by Tracey (new)

Tracey (trakka) | 1363 comments Oh that's so good to hear Robin! I might bump Will Trent up the list.
