It's a pity they couldn't have got them into the Megacollection version. I'm not buying another copy of the Cursed Earth just to get the missing stories ...
I agree with Chris, they should have thought about it before. I am buying the complete case files and I will not start over. I will try to get them through my library or online.

I remember Burger Wars being very Mad Max with Cursed Earth lunatics running around dressed as clowns. Hopefully the new edition will have the center pages in colour as well.
