Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows
question
What should Harry have done with the Deathly Hallows?

Harry kept the Invisibility Cloak, destroyed the Elder Wand, and left the Resurrection Stone in the Hogwarts woods. Did he do the right thing or should he have done differently?

I think he did right.
He didn't destroy the wand- he kept it in some safe place so that when he died, the wand would either not be found or would never work correctly for whoever found it, saving everyone from its terrible power (like the Ring, sort of). That was a good decision.
He keeps the invisibility cloak- that's fine because it is technically his and his family's, so he'll pass it down. No problem.
With the stone, it's there for anyone to find and use. It doesn't technically do anything except make holograms, right? So I'd say this is the least good decision only because it's kind of like throwing the Mirror of Erised into the Forbidden Forest- it's not healthy and it could cause people pain. I'd put it somewhere safer.

Did he destroy the wand? I thought that was just in the film?
