Pathfinder Series and Ruby Red Trilogy Questions

My librarian is trying to find out about the Pathfinder Series and the Ruby Red Trilogy. We work at a K-8 school and she wanted to make sure the content was appropriate before ordering these books for our library. I haven't read either series. Can anyone offer suggestions regarding the appropriateness of these books for that age group?

I love the RUBY RED series - and it's great for any age. No swearing or sex and on the younger side of YA in tone and scenes. Enjoy!!!
