I wont be able to participate in this read even though I was hoping to. :( I'm still making my way through Far from the Madding Crowd (I'm a slow reader! Lol). Hopefully in December or January I'll be able to participate again.

If you want to discuss UTGT feel free to post. We have had a great discussion on it but I'd be happy to carry on with you. I'll be travelling for the next 3 weeks, so I may not respond immediately, but respond I will.

Under The Greenwood Tree is divided into five parts – the four seasons from Winter through to Autumn, plus a Conclusion. As you can see, we have one very short week for Part the Third but that should give us some built-in time for catching up.
All dates are Sunday to Saturday.
November 1st-7th - Part the First: Winter (84 pages)
November 8th-14th - Part the Second: Spring (69 pages)
November 15th-21st - Part the Third: Summer (31 pages)
November 22nd-28th - Part the Fourth: Autumn (61 pages) AND Part the Fifth: Conclusion (24 pages)
See you all on Sunday for your reactions to “Winter” – and you can find / add to background information and resources in the meantime here:
