What do you think about Willow? I think she is a unique character but sort of odd.

Through her point of view, we can see how she views her new school. If it were us narrating, it would seem like a normal school, but to her she find it very strange.
The point of view is from Willow, the main character, and she is very different so the way she views things is kind of strange.
Yes i guess you could call her an unreliable narrator. She is not exactly lying, but her view seems false to the reader.
I love this book. I had to read it for book club and I really got into it. Willow is both funny and heartbreaking. For everybody asking "should I read it?" the answer is yes. Even you don't care for it, it's a wonderful and emotional read.
i loved i also learned a lot from it it almost encouraged me to run in the mornings i mean one morning at 7:00am i woke up dress and open the door felt the cold and said "fuck this shit" and went back inside but its the feeling that count no?
Ali wrote: "I started this book a long time ago but I got bored. Does it get any better?"Yes (I don't really remember tho I read it such a long time ago). I remember I found the beginning boring too, I cried at the end, think that says it all. It's funny cuz my friend showed it to me and I was straight away like ew no thanks the cover looks boring and now it's one of my all time favs
