I have a smaller team than most, but I'd certainly be lost without my designer, not to mention the support of my wife, closest friends, and my cat and dog. No writer is an island.

I am a totally solo operation apart from my publisher. I've never felt the need for a team.

I truly admire the dedication, skill set, talent and energy level required of anyone who can claim sole responsibility for every phase of the publishing process. I personally could not do it.

That said; just as the credits at the end of a movie are often ignored, so it is with the people whose contributions are essential to the publishing process in cases such as mine. The subject of this thread presents an excellent forum and opportunity to rectify that situation.

Allow me to now express my sincere appreciation for and recognition of those who were instrumental in helping to convert a manuscript into a commercially viable book.

My team of critique partners is indispensable. We trust each other, and work hard for each other. I could never produce a book without their input, revision after revision. I cherish my editor and cover artist also.

I have a huge team, which mostly comprises all the characters in my head that find their way into my book/s.

Oh ... and two fabulous women: my marketer (Lama Jabr from Xana Marketing) and editor (Sally Asnicar from Full Proofreading services).
