Kaleigh I think the point of view in the book is mainly from Mia's perspective.

Kaleigh It is mainly Mia's concuss looking at her real body in a coma and she is saying how she feels about it and how she feels about the other people being there. The book also consists of several flashbacks in Mia's life.
