Hey all, I had an author ask me for help, as she had an outage with Goodreads and then logged back in and her stats disappeared. She can now see some when she clicks on each book, but it isn't showing new reviews when she is notified there is some. I just wondered if anyone knew how to help.

Not something librarians can help with.
Some pages on Goodreads are heavily cached and can take some time to update.
If there is still no change after 24 hours, Goodreads Support can be asked: https://www.goodreads.com/about/conta...
