Good afternoon Amber, what exactly is a Heavy Metal Anthem, and how do they select the people that get a vote in this?
It's the ones who get the most votes when watchmojo.com puts up a list of items to be voted on. The anthems are the songs listed in the main countdown or in the Honorable Mentions, Derek.A different example is their countdown of the Top 10 Godzilla movies: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QgZGx... These are the ten Godzilla movies that got the most votes in the pool, followed by the Honorable mentions and 1 DIShonorable mention.
I was just curious, about the tracks, since I've been diehard fan of thrash for a long time, but would probably disagree with most of those selections. Wow, there are more than 10 Godzilla films already?? HAHA!

Yes, there are more than 10 Godzilla films. And I too like the old school stuff...which may be why both American remakes got such piss poor ratings in the countdown.
As to what I am listening to right now? Whatever's going on at my library. I accidentally left my headphones at home.
