Question about give-a-ways on facebook page

This may have already been asked before but I haven't seen it yet. I have a question about giveaways on your book fb page. I would like to occasionally offer my book as a giveaway. How exactly do you do this? How do you pick the names randomly to be fair? Have you found this to be helpful tool? Do you send the winner a pm asking them for their home address? Usually pick randomly or say be the thirty- fifth person to like my page.
Yes you'll need to PM them and then to make it easier on you...say you'll gift them with an Ebook copy (offer this first-save yourself postage) this is simpler for the receiver as well since it doesn't involve an address....or if you want offer either an Ebook or a paper copy
