Spooky Mulder (volocibum) | 458 comments Dan looked through the text and fixed everything that needed to be fixed. He really didn't mind doing anything to help her, especially the whole wall thing. God knows he ran into walls probably more often than she did, simply because quite clumsy, especially when intoxicated or sleepy, which was most of the time. He handed it back to her, "looks good." Then he answered Jupiter, "It's not like I have a death wish, I just don't tend to do things the conventional way, and sometimes it's an issue..."

§†êl͓̽l͓̽åꝈนຖå (fallaciousgod) | 2208 comments Cry sent the text, leaning back on the couch and set the phone down on Dan's lap, listening.
Jupiter have a small grumbled, "We'll see. I think you'll both find that things will be changing soon. Not only because I am here or moving is intended. But I didn't just come to dottle, though this is what it may seem. I intend we get moving."
Cry have a satisfied smile, "Ye're just eager for the pizza aren't ye'?"
Jupiter have a small nod with the same emotionless expression, "Very." he replied.

message 103: by Spooky Mulder (new)

Spooky Mulder (volocibum) | 458 comments "Changing? I hope you just mean feeling less hungry," Dan told Jupiter, not feeling to keen on change. If it was becoming rogue hunters again and traveling he could deal with that, in fact he'd be happy with it, but change generally wasn't a good thing. Pizza was an exciting thing though, he was okay with having to get up for pizza. Though he was comfortable on the couch with Cry. He didn't much want to have to get up, but eating was a good reason to do that. "Are we going to have to pick up the pizza? Because I don't want to move..." he whispered lazily to her.

§†êl͓̽l͓̽åꝈนຖå (fallaciousgod) | 2208 comments "Yes." Cry replied, giving his sleeve a little tug before she stud up and stretched. She felt down on the coffee table, putting the hookah back right and grabbed her wallet, stuffing it in her back pocket. "We're going to Cupid's."
Jupiter watched carefully, "Where is this that we're going?"
Cry grumbled, "We're going to gorge ourselves, but Dan needs to get up first!" She took Dan and threw him over her shoulder as he sagged behind.

message 105: by Spooky Mulder (new)

Spooky Mulder (volocibum) | 458 comments "I don't, I don't want to get up... Please don't carry me," Dan whined, while he was still on the couch. He frowned when she got up. "And you're carrying me... Thanks for that. I'm so unhappy." He groaned, not planning on walking at all. He was a terribly lazy person and seemed to have a ride for the moment. It was partially because he hadn't slept in at least a day or two, and the hunt sucked a lot of his energy out of him, but once he he was lying down it all caught up with him. So he was tired now, but also hungry. The whole going to get food sounded great but the energy required to get it was unfortunate.

§†êl͓̽l͓̽åꝈนຖå (fallaciousgod) | 2208 comments Jupiter blinked, unsure why they were acting so odd, "Would you like me to take him?" He offered, doing his best to be polite.
Cry laughed walking to the door and threw it open, "Come along pretty boy."
He followed hesitantly, deathly unsure of their odd behavior.
Cry shifted Dan on her shoulder, "Ye're so lazy!" She slammed the door behind them with her foot then ran to the stairs with a big grin. Purposefully making him flop around and smack against her hip where his head dangled.

message 107: by Spooky Mulder (new)

Spooky Mulder (volocibum) | 458 comments "Don't judge me," Dan told Cry. He was basically a 6 year old kid at heart, but lazier. He hugged her tightly to try to keep from dying. "You're so mean! My head hurts..." He whined. He almost wanted the angel to carry him, but that would be awkward. He could deal with moderate discomfort, but he couldn't handle awkward situations well.

§†êl͓̽l͓̽åꝈนຖå (fallaciousgod) | 2208 comments "Shut up." Cry muttered now bouncing down the stairs. Jupiter watched with wide eyes, rushing behind them.

Cupid sat with them on the little balcony, drinking right from the bottles and picking food as they liked. "So, you're a recruited guardian?" Cupid chuckled, pointing to Jupiter with a bottle in his hand.
Jupiter blinked looking up from the cup of whiskey he'd been staring at for a good long while, "Yes." He replied, "Before this I was a protector."
"A protector! Mr. Fancy!" Cupid laughed.
Cupid was in his mid to late twenties with dyed pink hair.

message 109: by Spooky Mulder (new)

Spooky Mulder (volocibum) | 458 comments "Don't tell me what do do," Dan replied, his voice being affected by the her gait down the stairs.

Dan was eating a ton of pizza. He hadn't begun to drink yet because food was sort of a priority over alcohol. He was wondering why everyone knew more about angels than he did. He finished another piece of pizza and then got his own bottle and took a swig. He leaned against Cry lazily. "What's the difference between a guardian and protector?" he asked a bit lamely.

§†êl͓̽l͓̽åꝈนຖå (fallaciousgod) | 2208 comments Cupid gave his head a small shake, "Protectors keep things in balance. Guardians keep particular people safe. Both are incredibly important, though the guardians are often under minded because their wings are taken when the are scent here."
Jupiter was about to take a sip of his drink before pausing and spoke, "I still have my wings. I never received news if them being provoked while I did guardian duties."
"Then you're special." Cupid hooted and raised his bottle in the air happily.
"No-" he said carefully.
"We're special." Cry finished with a small smirk. She held her own bottle of alcohol, allowing Dan to lean on her, letting her arm over his shoulder and fiddled with his hair.

message 111: by Spooky Mulder (new)

Spooky Mulder (volocibum) | 458 comments Dan listened with interest. "If you didn't have your wings, could you have healed me?" he questioned Jupiter. He took a swig from his bottle from time to time. He didn't talk much; groups weren't his thing. He could maintain and conversation with just another person, especially if her knew them well, but as soon as he got into a group, even if he knew the people, he became more quiet. "Special is really just a nice word for weird," he pointed out.

§†êl͓̽l͓̽åꝈนຖå (fallaciousgod) | 2208 comments Cry snickered at Dan's comment, "Very true." She rubbed his arm a little in agreement.
Cupid threw his head back and gave a small laugh, "They? Special? Well. You would have never had to tell me that. A match made in heaven." He smiled and gestured his bottle to the two.
Cry gave her head a small shake then took a swig from her bottle to clear throat, "I just keep him around to make me coffee now and again." She considered moving her arm off him, though she was awful comfortable and they already got their good glance of what was happening.

message 113: by Spooky Mulder (new)

Spooky Mulder (volocibum) | 458 comments "If a match you mean hunting partners, then yes, god did a good job by pairing us up," Dan responded quickly. "We just hunt together, stop trying to ship us." He drank more, and was suddenly more aware of how close he was to her. It was too late to do anything about that, and he really was too comfortable to move. Plus, he didn't care what they thought.

§†êl͓̽l͓̽åꝈนຖå (fallaciousgod) | 2208 comments Cry smirked and gave Dan's ear a little tug, "Made maybe somewhere else." She laughed faintly and took a swig.
Jupiter was just about to take his first bite of pizza again before Cupid piped up. He took the pizza from his mouth politely.
"You're two peas in a pod, and I take full responsibility, proudly! Look at me!" He chuckled swing his bottle around merrily, "Me! I brought them together and I should receive full props!"
"Kuto." Jupiter smiled ever so faintly and took a bite of pizza. He gave a small purr and swallowed then spoke, "Still, it was time that made them compatible. Then led them to power."

message 115: by Spooky Mulder (new)

Spooky Mulder (volocibum) | 458 comments "Made in hell would make more sense," Dan told Cry with a shrug. He took another swig and shifted around because his foot fell asleep. "Power? I mean, I'm sure we're the hunters little demons check under their beds for before going to sleep. But power like ruling the world would be fun." He then thought about it and decided it would be a bit too crazy, but it'd be fun.

§†êl͓̽l͓̽åꝈนຖå (fallaciousgod) | 2208 comments Cry gave her head a small shake, "Ruling the world has no power. Not with such control will anyone follow ye'." She took the crust from Jupiter's pizza and chomped on it happily. It was the only part of the pizza she would eat, and for the most part, the others didn't mind.
Jupiter took another bite, "Power comes in many forms. You're power somewhat differs as to ruling the world." He said plainly.
Cupid shook his bottle, "Bah! True power only rests in ourselves! Finding who we are and harnessing out strength is POWER, and much more!"
Cry rolled her eyes, "Thanks Sensei Cupid. I'll put a pin in it."

message 118: by Spooky Mulder (new)

Spooky Mulder (volocibum) | 458 comments ((Sorry! I didn't see this!))

"I dunno man, I think ruling something would be really nice," Dan said, hoping they wouldn't think that over too much. He didn't feel in control of anything at all and that made him upset. Instead of expressing his feelings he kept quiet and drank more. "I guess you're right though... But it's a bit too profound for me."

§†êl͓̽l͓̽åꝈนຖå (fallaciousgod) | 2208 comments Cry frowned ever so slightly, "This direction is meaningless. Honestly." She stud, taking Dan's hand, pulling him up with her. "It's late. we should get some rest. Its c been a long day."
Cupid sighed, throwing his pizza in the box and stud up, picking up the rest of the food. "Alright. Get some rest." He said, motioning his head for them to step back inside, "Making yourselves at home."
Cry waved her bottle to him thankfully and stepped inside with Jupiter and Dan. Juniper staid quiet, feeling no room to talk, taking in all the body language and of seeing solum tones.

(It's alright. I just really didn't want to bother you. cx )

message 120: by Spooky Mulder (new)

Spooky Mulder (volocibum) | 458 comments Dan groaned as Cry pulled him up. He leaned against her because he had a tiny bit too much to drink, he was exhausted, and she was warm and comfortable. Not to mention it made it a bit easier to steal a swig of liquor from her bottle, which he did thrice, though he hadn't quite finished off his own bottle. He figured she'd become annoyed with him so he decided to lean on Jupiter instead. He was just as warm but a bit less comfortable. "Don't have to tell me twice," he whispered to himself in response to making himself at home.

§†êl͓̽l͓̽åꝈนຖå (fallaciousgod) | 2208 comments Jupiter's eyes slowly went round, looking down at Dan with faint unease. Cry couldn't help but laugh at this, "Pull him on the couch, will you sweet?"
Jupiter have a quick little nod, taking Dan under the arms and pulled him to the couch, lying him down. He then stepped away from the occupied couch asleep awkwardly and looked at Cry for further instruction.
She gave a sweet laugh, walking over and gave Dan a kiss on the head then took Jupiter's hand, "Come on." She purred and pulled him along behind her to the guest room.

message 122: by Spooky Mulder (new)

Spooky Mulder (volocibum) | 458 comments Dan didn't mind having to take the couch. He was a tad uncomfortable with Cry and Jupiter. "Don't dirt our angel," he mumbled to Cry, then added a bit louder for Jupiter, "If she makes you uncomfortable just leave..." He pulled his jacket and top layers of clothing off until he was in jeans and a t-shirt. He fluffed up the pillows and pulled a blanket over himself. He stretched out on the slightly uncomfortable couch and yawned.

§†êl͓̽l͓̽åꝈนຖå (fallaciousgod) | 2208 comments Cry laughed, "Don't worry, you can have him tomorrow night."
Jupiter looked from Cry to Dan with a blank look. He gave a small nod, "I will."
Cry snickered, "Come on." She kept Jupiter's hand and walked out to the spare room.
Cupid stepped in, watching them for a while, gaining a sly smirk. He looked at Dan once the other two were out, giving a small laugh, "Getting a little possessive?"

message 124: by Spooky Mulder (new)

Spooky Mulder (volocibum) | 458 comments "I don't want-" Dan stopped and groaned. He was flustered and exhausted. He rubbed his eyes tiredly. "Possessive? Nah..." he said through his hands before looking up at Cupid. "Mildly concerned would be a better word." He got up slowly. "I need water."

§†êl͓̽l͓̽åꝈนຖå (fallaciousgod) | 2208 comments "Concerned?" Cupid chuckled, walking into the kitchen and set the boxes down. "Honestly boy. What do you have to be concerned about?" After setting the things down, he opened a cabinet and pulled out a cup for Dan's water.

message 126: by Spooky Mulder (new)

Spooky Mulder (volocibum) | 458 comments "Probably nothing. My worries are never rational; I've got anxiety. It's and issue..." Dan spoke quickly then stopped to sigh. "But he's an angel; there's nothing purer than that really. I don't want that to change. And this is getting to personal for me, I'm gonna shut up about my feelings, because apparently I still have them." He took the cup and filled it with water. "Thanks."

§†êl͓̽l͓̽åꝈนຖå (fallaciousgod) | 2208 comments Cupid turned, leaning his lower back against the counter. "You care for the angel's purity?" He scoffed, "Well, isn't that cute." He smirked, watching him as he dragged his fingers through his scalp, getting the vibrant pink hair out of his face. "Look, Danny, when your job is done, there's nothing to worry about! Attached to this angel already? I didn't think it was possible." He began to tease, "It took you agree to accept Cry. You don't fancy this angel, do you?"

message 128: by Spooky Mulder (new)

Spooky Mulder (volocibum) | 458 comments Dan had taken a sip of water, and he choked on it when Cupid spoke, the last sentence to be exact. He nearly spit the water everywhere, but he managed to swallow it and breathe. "No, no, I do not fancy him," he told him definitely but breathlessly. He didn't know if that was a lie, but he denied it. He attibuted it to his rather unfortunate history instead and he just wanted to protect others. He wasn't sure.

§†êl͓̽l͓̽åꝈนຖå (fallaciousgod) | 2208 comments Cupid chuckled, "Don't worry. I won't tell Cry." He smirked and put one foot over the other more casually. He shook his head, slipping another light laugh, "The poor son of a bitch. He's as innocent as a sack of wet hair. I would even consider having relations with creatures like him. Besides, what's important is finding out what he's doing here. I was never informed of his duing. Meaning-"

message 130: by Spooky Mulder (new)

Spooky Mulder (volocibum) | 458 comments "I don't like him. I'm not gay," Dan reiterated firmly, though he stated at the floor to avoid eye contact and his slouched posture proved his lack of confidence. He gulped down more of his water. "I tried to ask him about why he was here and he wouldn't really answer. Well, not anything helpful anyway."

§†êl͓̽l͓̽åꝈนຖå (fallaciousgod) | 2208 comments Cupid gained a seriously look, giving his head a more stern shake, "I don't care if you're gay or not. Neither you nor Cry need much of anything to do with that angel. We'll let Cry go this time sense she's drunk and I know she doesn't like to face people when she's asleep. But it needs to be clear to both of you that he is only a tool."

message 132: by Spooky Mulder (last edited Apr 17, 2014 08:40PM) (new)

Spooky Mulder (volocibum) | 458 comments "Naturally. I'll try to figure out what exactly is going on," Dan mumbled, missing the days when he made his own rules. He finished his water. "Tomorrow, if I'm not too hungover." He set down the cup and plopped onto the couch. He was sure he'd be sore and probably have a horrible headache in the morning, from the couch and the alcohol.

§†êl͓̽l͓̽åꝈนຖå (fallaciousgod) | 2208 comments Cupid sighed, "Yeah, alright." He turned out the lights and went to bed.

The next day, Cry woke up with her hand in her face. Her eyes adjusted to see the name and address form on her wrist. She slowly scrunched up her face, the words looking completely foreign. Surefully, she began to remember the demon. With a small groan, she shifted on her back, her hand flipping on the smell, making her jump right out of bed, started and surprised.

message 134: by Spooky Mulder (new)

Spooky Mulder (volocibum) | 458 comments Dan was still trying to sleep. He had a difficult time going to sleep and then staying asleep, and he was still sleepy. He rolled over, expecting there to be more couch, and fell onto the floor with a thud. He groaned figuring it was time to get up then. He has a slight headache and he could really use a stretch. He got up and did stretched out a little.

§†êl͓̽l͓̽åꝈนຖå (fallaciousgod) | 2208 comments Cry watched the smell with wide eyes for a moment before looking down at herself and slapped her cloths. She gave a reassured sigh and snuck out of the room quickly. She let her hair down, pulling it back again. Her shoes were still on, but thankfully they were an old pair of sneakers of hers, not making much sound. Walking into the living room, she watched as Dan fell off the couch. With a small shake off her head, she made herself some coffee quickly and walked to the door, thinking it may be best to get a head start.
(XD My brother's name is Daniel, and all I can is imagine my little brother doing something stupid like that. which he had most definitely. lol )

message 136: by Spooky Mulder (new)

Spooky Mulder (volocibum) | 458 comments (That's great. I'm a mess and do stuff like that a lot.)

Dan noticed Cry. "You didn't see any of that," he threatened as he approached her and stole a sip of coffee. "Where are yah going? Do we have to hunt again already?" He groaned at the thought of doing things. Lazy was an understatement for him.

§†êl͓̽l͓̽åꝈนຖå (fallaciousgod) | 2208 comments Cry watched him then gave her head a quick shake, "No. Just going out to get some breakfast. I'll bring you back some if you want." She said quickly. Though this was a lie, she played it quite truthfully. Though, it may have not been necessary, with Dan disoriented this early in the morning. Early being very close to noon.

(Oh yeah, I busted my nose the other morning, climbing back into bed after pressing the snooze button and face planted into the wall. :p )

message 138: by Spooky Mulder (new)

Spooky Mulder (volocibum) | 458 comments (Not a day goes by that I don't run into a wall)

Dan nodded happily. "Yeah, food sounds good, if you don't mind. Only, you I don't really care if you do mind," he joked, patting her cheek then walking to get a glass of water. "I'm gonna talk to Jupiter and see if I can figure out anything else about all of this..." he informed her, speaking just loud enough for her to hear.

§†êl͓̽l͓̽åꝈนຖå (fallaciousgod) | 2208 comments Cry smiled faintly and rubbed her cheek gently where he'd patted her, "Yeah, alright, ye' do that." She then turned and walked out the door. Looking down at the making on her wrist, she squinted, taking a hard look.
Soon, she made her way through the city and through the lunch traffic, liking for the address, still tired.

Jupiter and Cupid were still likely asleep.

message 140: by Spooky Mulder (new)

Spooky Mulder (volocibum) | 458 comments "Be careful," he told Cry as she left, even when they weren't on hunts things got dangerous. Dan decided to make himself a cup of coffee, or maybe more. He liked coffee a bit too much.

Seph was currently at some poor soul's apartment because he knew how to live and they wouldn't be home from a trip in a few weeks. Well, it was mostly because all of the bars aren't open in the morning and he'd stocked up on alcohol. Not to mention he didn't care to get his own place. He awaited the arrival of that lovely hunter as he reclined on the couch.

§†êl͓̽l͓̽åꝈนຖå (fallaciousgod) | 2208 comments Cry grumbled, walking down the street, passing the morning traffic of people walking to work. She decided as long as the address didn't change, she had time to stop and get some coffee. Doing this, she played out different scenarios in her head.
What if there were other with him? Playing sweet didn't seem like a reasonable option. Scaring people didn't sound very so appropriate either. But if there isn't anyone with him, then no acting should be need. She started at the person behind the counter dimly. They shifted uneasily, starting to get uncomfortable, Cry having been staring at them for a while now. "Ma'am?" The asked.
Cry snapped back, adjusting her eyes on the clerk with a confused look, "Oh, sorry. Can I get a cup of black coffee, please?"
After collecting her coffee, she stood outside, finding herself needing a moment to reorder herself before doing anything.

message 142: by Spooky Mulder (new)

Spooky Mulder (volocibum) | 458 comments Dan plopped onto the couch with his mug of coffee. He waited for someone to wake up or for Cry to come back. He was just that interesting.

Seph was beginning to become bored. Waiting was not his thing. He strode to the door of the apartment, and because it was on the ground floor, he stood on the steps. He lazily made conversation with the people who sat outside in the next house down, pretending he was a new neighbor. Lying was fun.

message 143: by §†êl͓̽l͓̽åꝈนຖå (last edited Jun 27, 2014 11:56AM) (new)

§†êl͓̽l͓̽åꝈนຖå (fallaciousgod) | 2208 comments Jupiter woke up just at Dan's peak of boredom. He walked unevenly to the living room, rubbing his eyes, only half awake. His hair fell perfectly though, one of the few perks of an angel. He stopped groggily somewhere by an empty bottle and turned around, seeming like a dog trying to find his tail. After a moment of this he stopped, rubbing his face and cussed viciously under his breath.

Cry pulled herself together, finding no more time to dally.
She soon found herself at an apartment complex. Looking down at her wrist uncertaintly, she hasn't known a demon to settle; not for long that was. Or not anywhere that was actually thiers. The address soon vanished leading her to count the apartment numbers till she finally found her stop.

§†êl͓̽l͓̽åꝈนຖå (fallaciousgod) | 2208 comments 030 You still around?)

message 145: by Spooky Mulder (new)

Spooky Mulder (volocibum) | 458 comments (Sorry, Wow, it's been a while. School got super crazy project wise and yeah...)

message 146: by Spooky Mulder (new)

Spooky Mulder (volocibum) | 458 comments Dan glanced up at Jupiter as soon as he came into the room. He smirked and almost laughed at him, but it was cute. He reminded him of his old dog. "What's wrong? Can't find your tail?" he joked lamely at the sleepy angel. He remained stretched out on the couch, though he had a lot less coffee in his mug than a few moments before.

Seph stood lazily near the door of his apartment. He knew she'd be coming for him, but he didn't care enough about anything to get away. Of course, he didn't think she could actually kill him, but he didn't fancy his "life" all that much anyway. It was becoming boring.

§†êl͓̽l͓̽åꝈนຖå (fallaciousgod) | 2208 comments "No. They confiscated my wings." Jupiter murmured then looked around. He then fixed his attention on Dan, "You're the only one awake?" he asked. He strolled over, looking down at the coffee table, picking up an empty beer bottle and gave it a weird look. He then looked back at Dan intently.

Cry glared away, she hadn't thought this in depth in a while. She strolled up to the apartment with her hands in her pockets, squinting to see the door number then stopped at her destination.
She gritted her teeth and looked around for the demon.

message 148: by Spooky Mulder (new)

Spooky Mulder (volocibum) | 458 comments "Does that make you almost human now? Do you still have other powers? Are you alright?" Dan asked Jupiter, enjoying his company. He wasn't sure how the angel would feel about it. He watched him walk over and he sat up straighter, but only physically, he himself was far from straight, though he'd never admit it, even to himself. He had made room for the angel to sit with him, if he wanted to. "Cry went out to get breakfast or something. You're awake now. So technically Cupid's the only one asleep," he explained before finishing his coffee. He patted the couch next to him, hoping he'd sit down with him.

Seph leaned against the door frame of his apartment, knowing the hunter would be coming, but only feeling bored and impatient. He spotted her and just smirked in her direction, waiting now more patiently for her to spot him. He didn't prepare to fight or run, he remained slouched in the door way, not caring or thinking about how this would go.

§†êl͓̽l͓̽åꝈนຖå (fallaciousgod) | 2208 comments Jupiter raised an eyebrow, looking from Dan to where he'd patted the cushion on the couch. He then glanced from the bottle back to Dan, his train of thought seeming to be in the process of being balanced. "Cupid. The pink haired man. Asleep. And Cry. Are you sure you know what she's doing?" He asked almost suspiciously.
Jupiter could be considered oblivious as far as sexual interactions went. Sexuality never meant much to an angel, seeing it was impeccably unimportant to anything he ever did ever. Likely the reason he did not protest where he slept, nor did he decline Dan's offer.
He sat down next to him, moving his hair then went on to looking over the bottle. "Last night. That was a hunt. Yes?"

Cry's eyes gazed over the area before she spotted him standing by another door and strolled over casually. She took out a cigarette and pushed it between her teeth then stopped a good yard from him, "Ye' gotta light?" She asked, her hands slapped her back pockets.

message 150: by Spooky Mulder (new)

Spooky Mulder (volocibum) | 458 comments Dan sighed softly when Jupiter say down, he would have been embarrassed and really awkward from that point on. He didn't mind him not answering some of his questions, because there were loads of questions he wouldn't answer himself. "Nobody knows what Cry is doing, ever. No one except herself, and I'm pretty sure she doesn't know half the time," he replied, sighing and stretching out again, though avoiding contact with the angel. He noticed his interest directed towards the bottle and wondered what that was about. "Yeah, it went really well," he joked, still ashamed of his inability to help.

Seph nodded and pulled a lighter out of his pocket, holding it out to her. "What, you don't really feel like killing me," he paused for a moment, "yet?" He remained relaxed, not caring in the slightest about dying. He bet she hadn't come across a depressed demon in the midst I having an existential crisis.
