Questions about will, and brother zach (spoiler)

I doubt Will will be in COHF as he died long before the events portrayed. There is however more than a good chance that Tessa will appear as she is immortal.

Regarding Brother Zachariah, there is no way to tell you the answer to that without giving away a major spoiler which you will find out come Clockwork princess. Clockwork Princess features Brother Zachariah and explains why he has eyes and doesn't sew his mouth shut. It has to do with who he really is.

Yes I know he's dead as I pointed out. But you asked if he will be in City of Heavenly Fire and I said "No" because he will have died before the events portrayed. I will bet a month's wages though that certain other main characters from Clockwork Prince will be appearing in City of Heavenly Fire.
