I don't know Peter made a lot of things that disappointed me and Al why did he do this to Tris, I understand Tris to reacted like this and I'm still mad at him ! He was afraid ok! You just don't do this to one of your closer friend! I'll say Peter because to him Tris is an enemy, to Al,Tris was one of his really good friend so I just can't just Al... So I'll say Peter because I can't imagine doing what Al did to one of my friend....
hmmmm I dont know, probably Peter cause even though hes the biggest asshole You get attached to him, you see the evolution and Even though hes stupid and doesnt so anything for anyone except him he still help Tris to escape her death ( even though it was for he's own benifits almost )I liked Al alot too but we didnt see much of him (I KNOW HE'S DEAD ITS NORMAL ) but even befor he died we do not see alot of him ( I don't know how to explain it but anyways ) IT WOULD BE HARD FOR ME TO CHOOSE since I kiked them both and they are verry different one from another. :)
Peter because his personality is so funny and al was kinda babyish
I honestly admire Peter because of his tenacity. All he wants to do is fit in and even though what he did was wrong, Peter wanted to make it up to Tris by saving her.
Peter lol..the movie version! He didn't stab someone in the eye in the movie (which is kinda a deal breaker for me haha)!
I thought that the Peter in the movie was a lot better than the Peter in the book. This Peter seemed a lot nicer and open. He didn't seem as much of a jerk. Plus he was super cute in the movie ;)
Al. He was a coward, but he was a good person. Now, Peter... he was devil!
I agree with @mystery Everything Al has done (like attempting to throw Tris in the chasm) was because he was put into a moment of fear and pressure. Afterall, he was very close to becoming factionless. Yes, Al is a coward. But it was because of his horrid choice by choosing dauntless that his flaws truly showed. Either than that, he's just a kind and friendly person. He cared so much about his friends and what was true to him, that he would kill himself just to free himself from the guilt of it all.
Peter, on the other hand, didn't bully tris, make Edward become injured and factionless and also attempt at throwing Tris over the chasm because he was pressured. He did it because all he ever wanted was to be first and would do anything to claim first position, even if he did need to cheat a little. His determination made him the person he was when he was an initiate in dauntless.
Peter because if he wasn't in the second book she would've died
Al. He tried to tell Tris he was sorry. Peter was always hating Tris and flat out mean
Al. Al saw what he did wrong and regretted it a bunch, but Peter just doesn't get how to even try to apologize, even if he probably would get shot down.
