are listing events allowed in Goodreads?

Hi All
It's finally published and I've had my first book signing. I'm still looking for people who might want to read and review and will be glad to send a copy of the book to you.
Does Goodreads allow us to post an event for upcoming promotions on Kindle? I've never done this before and don't know how to get the word out for the free/complimentary download opportunity happening next week.

I may be too late getting to you on this, but check out the book Goodreads for Authors it talks about that whole thing. (It's a fast read and you can probably skim to the chapters that you need)
