I’m running a widget on my blog http://readingfrenzyblog.com and there appears to be an issue with the API. On the sidebar, only some of the book covers appear. The others only display the Goodreads logo. Can you help?

   Hey Angela,
Hey Angela,Can you paste the url of the books that are showing the Goodreads logo?
Just FYI, we use the Goodreads logo as the default cover image for books that we don't have the book cover for in our database. It might be that we just don't have the covers for those books.
I'm seeing inconsistency as well, using the API.
I'm seeing inconsistency as well, using the API.For example, "Pretties" by Scott Westerfield has cover artwork on Goodreads itself (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...)...
But a call to book.show returns the default Goodreads logo url in the "image_url" node (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...)
We get our book data and cover images from a variety of sources. Some of those sources do not allow us to distribute certain data like cover images through our api.
We get our book data and cover images from a variety of sources. Some of those sources do not allow us to distribute certain data like cover images through our api. So unfortunately some books may return the default Goodreads logo image as cover, even if we have that information available on our website.
Sorry about that.
