Yes! This is it! Thank you so much. I figured it was a novel because the person in question was talking about his favorite books. Thank you, this was giving me a hard time!
I figured there was probably an online list of math fiction somewhere. I'm surprised it was as complete as it was, tho.
I'm afraid this is a tough one, because I have little information.
At a symposium the other day, one of the readers mentioned a book about a girl who discovers that 1+1 does not equal 2, and that is the main line of the book. I know nothing else about it except that the author is asian, and his/her name sounds a lot like Ten Sian, or soemthing of the like.
It's a novel, for adults, and is related to the fantasy/science fiction genres.
Sorry, this is all I know about it. I'm very intrigued, can someone help??
