The title of this book is The Black Pearl. The author is Scott O'Dell. This book is about a boy named Raymon and his dad owns a company to dive for pearls and their is a very special pearl and it is the black pearl. Their is a myth about the pearl that says it is protected by the Monte Diablo and your going to have to read the book to see what happens. I do recommend people to read it. I recommend this book to people that love to read myths because it is a myth.
