Blogger GFC problems??

Is anyone else having trouble following bloggers via Google Friend Connect?

Definitely yes! It's been a few days now. As usual, the mods @ Google forums say the issue has been reported and will be fixed...yeah, right. Like the title of the Search Box gadget not showing anymore (it's been what, 3 weeks?). I'm afraid they're shutting up GFC for good this time, only they don't want to admit it in our faces...
I don't know if anyone noticed, but the original GFC gadget can't even be found in the layout gadget list anymore...There's only a third-part version of it (see "Other Gadgets"), made by some unknown contributor. This is definitely suspicious...
As for me, I decided it was time to implement Feedburner on my blog! This way people can follow me via their favourite reader...

Update: GFC is working again!
