Add a book to my author page

Hello! I'd like the following book added to my author page.

I thought there was a way I could do it myself, but I can't seem to remember how. Also, it's the second book in my Witches & Warlocks series, does it need to be added to a series page?

Removed spaces between initials in author name and it automatically moved to yours.

Which one is book 1 in the series? Set up the Witches & Warlocks series here and added first two books.
