The Tyler May Series

Would it be possible for someone to link my books so that they appear as the same series? I'm not sure why they don't show like this on my authors page, but only the first two books in the series seem to be linked. The books in the series so far are

The Haunting of Tyler May
The Thieves of Antiquity
The Brimstone Chasm
Gallows Iron
Ghosts of Redemption

I just noticed something else you might be able to help with - alongside The Brimstone Chasm (book 3) I have a five star rating that I gave it when I added it to get it on a bookshelf/list etc. I don't really want to have a rating for my own books and so I have taken off the rating for the others but this one doesn't seem to want to go. Can you take a look?
