i read this book about 2007 at a school library. i remember the cover being green. it was set in the summer time. it had a group of kids who acted up a lil bit around town and there were older kids who sort of bullied them. the main character had a crush on this girl and they started hanging out. the older kids (who bullied the main character and his friends) turn into wolf like creatures and steal the main characters girl crush and drive into the sky to a star. it reminds me of being like peter pan. if anyone could help me find this book thatd be great! been trying to find this for years!
