it takes place after katniss and the rebels topple snow's regime, once the government fallen a soldier awoken from a cryo-sleep and is tasked with taking out katniss and the rebels and restore order. to put the soldier in moderate terms he is like the cross between rambo and master chief from halo. he was orphaned when a grenade that one of katniss's soldiers threw it through a window in the kitchen killing both his parents and wounding him when snow's forces pushed katniss's forces out of the area snow's soldiers discovered him and took him to get medical care. he was eventually taken to the capital and asked by snow himself as he recovered if he would like to be part of a super-soldier program with revenge on his mind he agreed and now his sole mission is to kill katniss by any means necessary. what do you think

you can be katniss or something my character is the super-soldier going after katniss
Ok. Do we need any additional characters?
we can add them as we go along plus the scientist that were working on the super-soldier fled the building and were captured by katniss's forces but they kept the location of the soldier a secret
1 year after mockingjay katniss now leads the new government
things are starting go get back to normal and people are living a free life now katniss is now the leader and the soldier which is named Marcus is just waking up
