As I said above, I’m planning on taking some vacation time in the middle of November, and I want to remind people about my services. I’ve been working on five different books at the same time over the last month but most of that will be finished by the first week of November and by November 16 I’ll be ready for new projects.

Sometimes looking at the first thousand words or 10 pages isn’t a good gauge of how much work and time it will take to do justice to someone’s masterpiece, which is why I am now asking for a chunk out of the middle of the manuscript before I give an estimate. I hate to have to come back and say, “I’m sorry but I have to ask you for more money.”

I also offer what I call Deep Beta Reading at approximately half the rate I charge for a full edit. I’ve worked on all kinds of books over the last six months, from space operas to poetry, children’s books, self-help and a short e-book that’s a sex manual. So if you’re ready to risk having your work exposed to caring and careful criticism that respects your voice, take a look at my website and let’s reserve some time later in November and get it done!

BTW, here’s the correct web address (blush) I guess I need an editor too!
