combine and "delete" wrong author name

Almost all of these were automatically imported by Amazon or Smashwords. Unless you add the book manually under your profile with the ISBN or ASIN, they will continue to automatically import and create the other author profile.
I have moved them all to your Goodreads profile and combined many of them.
I added a link in the bio of this profile to your Goodreads profile, in case readers see it.
