It was my first challenge too. Of course, I came in a year later, but nostalgia is definitely there.

Is sooooo good seeing everybody excited... I'm almost regretting the date being so further ahead... but.. we all need a break after gladiator games, and some spreadsheet magic has to be done, so, we'll have to wait. It helps getting motivated :D

I participated in the wheel-a-thon and enjoyed it despite going through some stressful times at home. Looking forward to this challenge even if I am just a "few books a month" reader.

I still have an X book I put to the side that I didn't end up needing for Gladiator Games, but otherwise I haven't thought too far ahead about my reading
Well, I have some X characters... some O books from last Wheelathon, and some green and silver covers :D
I do think about leaving longer books until it starts, but I don't really change my reading or keep anything back. I couldn't believe that a few days before sign ups I read a 860 page book.

I just signed up. I have done this challenge once and enjoyed it. The first time was loaded with buddy read points, and I wasn't crazy about that. I like the changes that have been made for this one!

I try to prepare and plan for challenge reads, but what I'm in the mood to read will likely be the exact opposite of what I plan. I have a general outline of what I need to read before the end of the year for certain challenges, but if I'm given free reign it will change dozens of times.
I do not usually change my reading habits for a challenge, though I may find I will have to a little in this challenge.

Yes, they were *very* popular... And a nightmare to keep under control... How Tea and Amanda managed to keep track of them without being swallowed beats me.... I guess they are That good.
