Only chapters, no pages

Hello, I am currently reading The Miseducation of the Zombie and it does not have any page numbers but it does have chapters so I was wondering if there was a way to change where you can update the chapter your on instead of the page in your currently reading status.

Short answer: no. You can swith between page and percentage. Chapters is not an option.
