How to Read a Book question

My favorite book I read this quarter would have to be "The Eighty-Dollar Champion: Snowman, The Horse That Inspired a Nation" by Elizabeth Letts. The reason I enjoyed this book is because it's written about a real horse that a man purchased for a mere eighty-dollars off a slaughterhouse bound truck. I believe that this is a good book for others to grab off the shelf because it's not just about the horse, but rather the life lessons the Dutch immigrant owner of Snowman, Harry de Leyer, learns as he goes through life in America. Also how not to doubt or overlook others as they will surpass the negatives and achieve the unthinkable.
