Edward Davies | 189 comments Page numbering stops at 561. 563 is an author bio. 565 is two line web ad. 567 is full page sfgateway.com ad. 568-572 are blank. Nothing after that!

Edward Davies | 189 comments They literally count leaves of paper. There are twenty pages of introductions before the page numbering starts, which would make the 592, but seriously, that ain't the page count! :)
